Established in 2000, as a nonprofit 501(c)(3), Vista Points is the nation’s only Special Needs Trust Resource Center.  Everything the organization does is focused on helping people with disabilities, their parents/caregivers, and the professionals who serve and guide them.

• Vista Points serves people with disabilities and their parents/caregivers by helping them learn about the benefits of Special Needs Trusts and guiding them to qualified professionals who can assist them.  Our resources and referrals help people with disabilities and their families/caregivers plan for the future while maximizing today’s quality of life. 

• Vista Points serves attorneys and other professionals who support people with disabilities by offering expert guidance in the highly-specialized field of Special Needs Trusts.  Attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and other professionals rely on Vista Points for referrals to the legal expertise needed to establish Special Needs Trusts and minimize the risk of professional liability.

• Vista Points serves special interest and advocacy groups that support people with disabilities by offering outreach and educational programs designed to increase member awareness about the benefits of Special Needs Trusts.

• Vista Points serves residents of Tennessee who want to protect their assets by serving as the agent for the Tennessee Pooled Trust.
