Established in 2000 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) Vista Points is the nation’s only Special Needs Trust Resource Center.  Everything we do is focused on helping the disabled, their parents/caregivers and the professionals who guide them learn more about the unique protections offered by Special Needs Trusts. 

• We serve the disabled and their parents/caregivers by helping them learn about the benefits of Special Needs Trusts and guiding them to qualified professionals who can assist them.  Our resources and referrals help people with disabilities and their families/caregivers plan for the future while maximizing today’s quality of life. 
• We serve attorneys and other professionals who support the disabled by offering expert guidance in the highly-specialized field of Special Needs Trusts.  Attorneys, accountants, financial planners and other professionals rely on Vista Points for referrals to the legal expertise needed to establish Special Needs Trusts and minimize the risk of professional liability.
• We serve special interest and advocacy groups that support the disabled by offering outreach and educational programs designed to increase member awareness about the benefits of Special Needs Trusts.
• We serve residents of Tennessee who want to protect their assets by serving as the agent for the Tennessee Pooled Trust.
